Harrisena Community Church Outreach

The Harrisena family has participated in outreach programs for many years. Currently, we sponsor the local soup kitchen known as the "Open Door". Our members donate food and money to help the Open Door serve hot meals at least one night per month.

The Circle of Friends program is a relatively new program we are trying to institute for the purpose of keeping in touch with other church families or individuals in our own geographic area. Group leaders call each member of the group periodically to stay in touch. They make sure if there are any issues, that they will be brought to the attention of the church council and discussed.
